2. Purpose of the Website
The purpose of the Website is to provide information about Naitives and the technological solutions it develops and markets, particularly in the field of artificial intelligence applied to design, image generation, industrial printing and color control. These solutions include DesignLab, for the creation and processing of designs through artificial intelligence, and ColorHub, for color control in production processes. The information published on the Website is general and commercial in nature and does not, in itself, constitute a binding contractual offer unless expressly stated otherwise.
3. Conditions of access and use
Access to and browsing of the Website grant the condition of user and imply acceptance of the conditions set out in this Legal Notice. The user undertakes to use the Website, its contents and services in a lawful, diligent manner and in good faith, in accordance with applicable regulations and public order. In particular, the user shall refrain from:

Where the user acts as a business or professional, any dispute relating to the Website shall be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of Castellón de la Plana, unless a mandatory rule establishes another jurisdiction. Where the user is a consumer, the competent courts and tribunals shall be those corresponding under the applicable consumer and territorial jurisdiction regulations.
